All quotations, proposals, and estimates provided by Boost Zone Technologies are valid for the period specified in the proposal unless otherwise stated.

Project pricing may change if:

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed proposal, invoice, contract, or payment schedule.

• Delay delivery until outstanding balances are paid.
• Charge reasonable late fees where permitted by law.

Once final project delivery has been approved, accepted, launched, transferred, or completed, all payments become final and non-refundable.

Clients agree to:

The client is solely responsible for the legality of content, trademarks, copyrights, and materials they provide.

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices:

• The client receives ownership rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Boost Zone Technologies retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property used during development.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects may utilize third-party services including:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Payment processors
• APIs
• Software plugins
• Cloud platforms

Boost Zone Technologies is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, service interruptions, or actions of third-party providers.

SEO and marketing services involve factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific search rankings
• Traffic levels
• Lead generation volumes
• Advertising performance
• Revenue increases

Results may vary depending on industry, competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithms.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Zone Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Business interruption

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boost Zone Technologies, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Client-provided content
• Violation of applicable laws
• Intellectual property disputes
• Misuse of services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment obligations are not met.
• The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent conduct.
• The client materially breaches these Terms.

Any work completed up to the termination date remains billable.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Boost Zone Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed business outcomes.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Boost Zone Technologies operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
