Refund Policy

At Boost Zone Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including web development, software solutions, digital marketing, and IT consulting. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated

  • The project was canceled before any work or resources were allocated

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once project work has started

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Custom software, websites, designs, or digital products

  • Marketing campaigns already launched

  • Third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, ads)

Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, calculated based on:

  • Work completed

  • Time spent

  • Resources used

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
