Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be submitted to sales@boostzonetech.com

  • If canceled before project commencement, a refund may be issued per our Refund Policy

  • If canceled after work has started, charges will apply for completed work

Subscription & Retainer Services

  • Monthly services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

  • Failure to cancel on time may result in charges for the upcoming cycle

Cancellation by Boost Zone Technologies

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • The client breaches terms

  • Non-payment occurs

  • Unlawful or unethical use of services is detected

  • Communication becomes abusive or uncooperative

In such cases, no refunds are guaranteed.
